The buyer at $3 is almost certainly an institution of some sort growing their position, and every transaction settling at $3 is an individual selling and locking in their profits. It just means the "yes" vote gains traction as more people sell into these institutions that are building a bigger and bigger stake. The buy wall is almost self replenishing showing its near bottomless funding, so whoever it is dead serious. If it is any consolation, I hope the smaller investors' profits are life changing...
