For what it's worth, I disagree BOT say there HAS been some form of comms already.
The actual wording used says " request an immediate trading halt in the securities of the Companypending release of an announcement regarding US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)communication..."
Maybe BOT have been told by the FDA that that communication will come at a certain time between now and Wednesday trading. I agree it's not random, but it's been regularly discussed that the FDA approval date is 26 Sep. I don't find it hard to imagine they've been told by the FDA that the FDA decision will be communicated to them at a certain time on Tuesday US time.
