I don't see any signs of sydney rolling over. Sure you get some houses that fail to sell yet clearance rates are still decent, and prices are buyouant.

A 3 bedroom terrace home in Newtown sold for $1.88 million!!!

A 4 bedroom home in Bexley North sold for $1.25 million, when 2 years ago it would have fetched around $850k!!

Sydney's inner west still holding up well. Lots of housing shortages within the 10-12km radius of the city.

Something is still holding these values up!
