I'll speculate here that we have our phone call scheduled early this week and thus first thing they had scheduled a halt with the ASX. Management knows that as soon as they pick up the phone they will have material information (if you are about to receive it you will need to halt) - all of the management will be listening in - it will be the gossip of the town, this includes to people inside of the FDA themselves, time differences between the USA and Australia one would argue a halt is prudent so that the company is clear in its continuous disclosure.

ASX should only agree to a trading halt or a voluntary suspension where:

• trading in the affected security might occur while the market as a whole is not reasonably informed;
• there could be a false or disorderly market in the affected security;
• orit is otherwise reasonably required by a listed entity to manage its continuous disclosure obligations.
