Considering what others tend to get away with I'd imagine the board can play the game too. As long as they play within the rules we're all good.
Share price could drop but I'd imagine Tim, Tony & Gina are many steps ahead of the game. We'll have to wait and see. They obviously know what they're doing. The biggest lithium company in world just got schooled by the underdog with Gina's support. Watch this space
