    When and how has the US used the dollar as a weapon?

    Countries dont have to use the US dollar to trade with other countries.

    BRICS have been around for about 20 years now and have achieved little progress. At the summit in August no country could come
    to an agreement on anything.

    The US dollar is still very strong and a safe haven,
