lol ..... ah yes blackmail or extortion type tactics will work out well for Synlait .... not
A2M already owns ~20% of Synlait so it would be easy enough for them to make a hostile takeover move if these threats emerged .... and even if this hostile takeover doesn't fully succeed, A2M are likely to absorb an additional large percentage of SM1 in this process, which would cause havoc for the current management team in relation to voting etc at either an AGM or EGM
