Really, so the 39% Bright holding won't matter, A2m have no hope of a hostile takeover as there is no way bright will give up its holding.
This is a no win situation for either company at the moment as it has the very large potential to send both companies to the wall and what people believe they are reading between the lines is more than likely very different to what the facts actually are.
