Is it me or does it look like its been designed to get around the takeover regulations.......two parties at 20%.....hmmmm.
If I thought the rules meant a damn I'd be reassured they were not able to buy more without an offer.
What's the betting there will be a third "independent" Chinese group playing around the edges building a stake........Very different proposition now.
