I have done more research on this company than most.

I have read the information PBD have provided to the market in recent months and where I was not sure of something I have emailed Peter Coppini for an answer. I have been satisfied with all the information at hand to continue to invest in PBD.

I am not worried about the environmental approvals. With all the gas plants being approved in pristine wilderness areas why would a marina be opposed?

The 20 apartments have not been sold yet as they have not been released for sale! They wont be untill Sping! Expect an announcement soon about the paying back of the $75m IMO.

I hope you are right about the shareprice. I would love 9 cents.
