I suggest potential investors and current holders have a read of it. Extremely interesting bits that have not really been put forth in depth by the management. They are obviously [unknowingly] keeping it under wraps. I have left some parts of it below for your perusal.


* Overland has conducted three mining studies on the Yukon Base Metal Project. The first looked at an open pit operation just focused on the Andrew deposit. The second, through the GFC, considered an open pit and combined
underground operation including the Darcy deposit. ?We continued to examine ways of optimising our operational costs. How we could really improve the economics
of the project,? Bresser said.


* This scenario has significant meaning to the entire operation of the Yukon Base Metal Project as all low-
grade mineralised material that would have been stockpiled and not used, is now more ore to process. ?It went from a six-year mine life to an eight to ten-year mine life, and
that continues to grow,? Bresser said. ?We can develop a bigger open pit with lower strip ratio, lower costs
structure. ?It also reduced our capital expenditure. We are no longer dealing with an underground component for 7-8Mt.

* ?Our mining inventory went from 4.1 million tonnes to nearly 10 million tonnes. ?Crushing costs changed, our
capex comes down $30 million, and our undiscounted cash flow moved from $100 million to $175 million. ?All of a sudden the project changed; it has less risk, it works, it
makes sense.
