Re SPP, I believe this is still on the table, but a decision has been made to put it on hold. With the unfortunate passing of Calvin it was deemed as a bit of it risk of it being accepted and would place additional pressure on the SP.
I think there may be some positive news around the corner and SPP announcement will be made around some time.
