hear you , 100 pc agree , more often than not comes back to placement prices - I guess the difference is you don't get the bonus options unless in placements - theoretically .
just looked at the term sheet - and assume be like this for most small coy issues ( but don't know ) /
sophisticated investors , 'experienced investors ' and 'professional investors ' as determined by corps act section 708 (10) amd 708 ( 11) . haven't looked what that means but maybe an angle ?
