AMA overview in my opinion, page-17

What’s the risk of the underwriter terminating the agreement to provide the cash on the basis that the share price has dropped ? The underwriting terms are in the capital raise docs. Then if that occurs, AMA doesn’t have the funds to repay its debt which is required to avoid bankruptcy. So then another emergency capital

raising is required that is at 3 cents or less with massive dilution. Thoughts ? Ie underwriter would lose 50% of

their $50m based on current share price. I wonder if this risk is why the institutions are selling ? Thanks
