savage, l can see by the replies to your questions that most are not interested.....probably best you do a google search on igor and you can find your answer and as for ME...well after running the company for 25 years now, l am sure his knowledge of the oil industry would be pretty good by now.
Whatever his experience is will not change the events over the next 3 months.
