party for the hassle and risk of their shareholder cash... 500K at 1.5 cents Tony and Jason ..easy 50% return on investment ever..worth the hassle...
6.5 Mil of their shareholder money place on a high risk investment, they may get slap on the hand if it doesn't work out but they personally get rewarded with 500K 1.5 cent placement...
MMX isn't stupid, any decision against it, it will appeal
it has deeper pocket and keep on going and going...
In the world of commercial laws, the one with bigger pocket will try to drag on until such time the the small fries run out of cash.
