. People travel to and from work or for that matter to recreate or go shopping?
. People in differing places are able to communicate with each other?
. Young people are able to undertake education?
. Goods and services are delivered?
. Etc.

It's your sort of dodo-bird thinking by our federal government that's caused productivity to plummet to record low levels and real wages head backwards throughout the last decade.
