In relation to JV (just my opinion),

There are number of posts where people seem disappointed.

Look at reality, today we have Stratagical Aliance with number of issued shares to LNG. Ok, ask a question. Would LNG be interested in the company that says "ok let make a deal, however we are not sure on our ability to drill (matter of funds available), we don't know yet, as we don't have JV or partner or any other source"?

I'm sure they all know that OBL has secured future with someone (maybe ever related to LNG company). To issue some shares to LNG (in case JV is not related to LNG), they would get smaller percentage if JV would be announced. But they just made good deal, started good relationships from nice note, that benefits OBL also (funds raised).

Bottom line, mutual agreement was achieved that would benefit both parties in longer term.

Good luck, JV should be announced very soon, in my opinion only
