Why is RCF supporting the offer?
Presumably in full knowledge of this upcoming proposal it’s spent about $11.5million dollars on AVL shares this year at an average of about 3.5c each according to my reckoning.
That’s not counted the 'few’ it just collected at 2.6c in yesterday’s raise.

It’s average cost here must be what?
Original investment about $20 million at 37c each?
It has supported TMT diligently since then and I have not worked it out but it’s average must be at least 33c a share.

Do you think it’s selling TMT out or sees profit in the merger from this point at these numbers
As far as accepting so little … if AVL shares get to 4c again and I have a dozen shared costing 2.7c each that gives me 1.3c increase on each share. ….. 15.6c
Add that to say a 30c at price at TMT and you have 45.6c.

Right now 4c a share at AVL seems closer to me than 45c here (last seen October 2022) - especially not knowing the results of the independent expert’s review.

But yes it would be great if the deal could be somehow sweetened.
Maybe we shareholders could get a special dividend to the value of that tax rebate before the merger takes place?

    cheers

    cheers
