Never understood the logic in share price consolidations. They just seem to facilitate the spiraling of share prices back to where they were in the first place. As for appealing to large corporations, why does this matter? If the fundamentals are there, sooner or later the share price will respond accordingly. If the fundamentals are not there then a consolidation isn't going to help.
