'Probably', 'could', 'maybe' are somewhat over used by your good self, don't you think?

How about you just focus on the bad decision and bad judgements on how the FDA has behaved? Because they concede they need to reform and that not taking the recommendations of their own expert committees is not a good look and doesn't inspire confidence nor certainty.

MSB isn't the only company to experience collateral damage from the FDA's antics. I have liked articles from Endpoints on these topics and in particular on the role of the FDA in therapeutic sphere. I do hope you have read them and will comment appropriately.
Then we might talk meaningfully about valuations.
