I seem to remember this was the first high buy valuation of D&D's.

Now wasnt it common opinion that there were traders playing the D&D reports.

Add to this that the Mashala acquisition is NOT complete until the various financing instruments go through,we have the overhang from the SI's 5.5c issue and imo the D&D traders still have this at 6.5.
