After the AGM vote against the remuneration motion, the announcement was Directors to better align With shareholder interests, and Chair to increase his shareholding through share purchases(plural).
so, I agree this falls way short of what you’d expect per the announcement, but maybe there’s many more buys to come
if not, you know how to vote on the upcoming remuneration motion.
