Same here, I would prefer Barrambie stays in-house as well.
I recall Chris saying in one of the Crux interviews that the cash burn was dropping off for the moment. Until one of the projects kicks off, of course. So I was hoping the cash would make it to mid-2024.
But in saying that, I also find it hard to believe that these guys would piss away hundreds of millions of dollars over 6 years just to do a CR right before a FID. It just can't be so.
I would think Chris & the crew ran the numbers & made sure they had enough cash until one of the projects got off the ground. Who knows what they're working on in the background. NMT & MB were in discussions for over 12 months & shareholders were none the wiser.
