Venturing into the world of speculation now, could it be that TG really did want out (to enjoy his twilight years or whatever) and Gina is saying I'll do you one better, I'll buy your shares at $3, shut down ALB and carry on mining at the helm of LTR? I guess a change in substantial holding notice from TG would be required very soon if that was the case. Just can't see who else has the blocks of shares to facilitate these trades...
