Making it all one big mess, seem all too hard and impossible to navigate is the primary goal of Cominière and Zijin. They have no case in fact or law so that is their only option, that being, to drive AVZ out. Thankfully management are sticking to it and will have the stamina to see it through.

What occurred to the best of my research is:

• Cominière almost went broke
• Cominière approached AVZ for advanced dividend share
• AVZ declined
• Cominière, being broke and desperate, became upset with AVZ and determined to remove the project from them
• Cominière then sold shares it wasn't entitled to sell to Zijin for a pittance to get money to survive
• In the process some officials gained money from Zijin.

Hopefully that comes out in the proceedings.

Everything is motivated by AVZ not advancing Cominière money it wasn't required to do so. The whole relationship changed after that and should be seen by any savvy court as the motive for all the nefarious actions that followed.
