The numbers just seem odd to me. TPD has like $30M per year for 5 yrs min = $150M.
Paying around 1 STX share for 2 TPD shares, so.. buying that revenue for 20c per share (presently) comes to around $127M.
Not very compelling from the TPD side, no?
