I've seen this state when it was flourishing but over Andrews times the very fabric of Victoria's society has been trashed. How the hell did we roll over and let this bloke do as he liked, how does that happen?

4) The massive, over budget and unfinished mess that are major infrastructure projects whose business case is blown to the shithouse.
5) The gangs, the violence, the general despair of Victorians as our social fabric has been destroyed.
