It seems unbelievable to me that they would have known all along they were waiting on the permit to come through and that was the reason for barging delay, and somehow that's not relevant information to inform the market for the last how many months.

Bloody hell guys, shareholders are stuck speculating that there's something wrong with the coal, that we're being sabotaged by a majority holder, that SGE is going to break contract and pull some other shady business.

Instead they said, SGE can't get barges so we're trying to get barges, now this, oh we couldn't barge all along because we were missing a permit. Idiots.
