I guess Mexico will have dropped a few spots on the Fraser Institute's survey of mining attractiveness.

Note the 2022 survey below, was done after the Mali coup.
With WA's pro mining Premier been replaced with the Left Wing Roger Cook and their recent draconian legislation withdrawn (IMO only till after the Voice vote), WA might drop a few spots as will QLD & NSW with their Royalty increases. Some South American countries might drop a few spots with their nationalisation.

Note where Victoria & Tasmania are rated, and China where Tesla has invested Billions.
