I am part of Gen Y, and I take offence to those that say we dont work hard.
I AM one of the "I want it all now" types, but to generalise my generation like that is far from accurate. Anyway, I personally don't see what is wrong with wanting it all now? Why go slow when you can go fast? Our generation likes to rush in, its all part of the fun! Admitted, more mistakes will be made, but subsequently more learning takes place.
Gone are the days when you had to physically work hard for your money, Gen Y is growing up in the information age, where knowledge and intelligence get you places, not brute.
I want it all now, and im getting it. You're just jelous =]
