4ds hasnt even finished their own testing. a prospective buyer isnt handing over a cent until they have spent the same amount of time verifying that data, they might not even make an offer until they have looked in detail under the hood. 6-9 months minimum even if going for a sale is the suggested way forward from the October meeting.
