More likely retail holders are getting sick of waiting for any meaningful sp appreciation and Insto bots are happy to gobble up their shares. Apart from some left field news I cant see the sp gaining a lot of traction over the next year or so but more than happy to be wrong.
From memory retail holders own around 40% of the total shares not 2/3rds.
