    You think they don't know how much they owe to ILP?

    It seems obvious CFE lend CHM funds to get ILP off their backs and in return get control of the second largest holding of IO asssets in the mid west worth tens of miilions of dollars.

    $6.5M barely dents CFE's cash holdings.
