    @sabine no patents required! considering two potential 12,000 tonne operations are now merged into one serious consideration needs to be given into increasing output (with capex in mind) increasing plant throughput capability and kiln size is only a portion of total capex. if we are offsetting our costs with producing more units of v205 we will lower our opex, reduce payback and increase financial metrics. not an expert but I doubt a 50 percent increase in output would equate to a 50 percent increase in capex so a fine balance will be required to get it spot on.
    imo it's looking very likely that 18,000 tonnes or so could easily be absorbed by the battery market come 2026 which imo is the earliest we could come online. mine TMTs orebody In half the time that was originally forecast then go into the AVL stuff.

    this is the only way a merger would be of benefit! keeping the same output as the original plan and mining TMTs orebody first yet giving away half our value is all for no Gain for tmt holders
