Well firstly it's not a fact, because 9M + 1M = 10M.
Secondly, you don't think they know how much is owed? Come on...
Just because Mr Sage didn't quote the exact figure off the top of his head in an interview doesn't mean he doesn't know the figure. He is going to invest in a company and not even know the amount of their debt?
