rule number one - never trade anything you dont understand.
Strike price doesnt move and you get real tradeable equity when you stump up the cash (usually a couple of days delay while they do the paperwork).
They dont attract dividends nor do they participate in capital management calls like rights issues etc.
a great way to leverage but if the expiry date comes and you dont pay your cash call then you are left with a useless piece of wallpaper.
