So how did you go finding, attracting and employing the right people? Done that part myself for the best part of 10 years and we both know that's a task in itself.
Maybe you might be able to elaborate on bringing new software to the market and how you, not only attracted the right client, but closed the deal, after a 6 month trial on the clients $200m/year operation.
Sounds simple enough. Pretty much like filling in a couple of BAS statements after you fix a couple of fridges
