Scob I am equally frustrated. Make no mistake I ain't no stupid pumper and post on both positives and negatives of the project. As most can agree on EMH has fantastic fundamentals, fantastic jurisdiction, mining-friendly location, established mine and services etc etc etc.

However, EMH is just a passenger in the car driven by the Czech Government. It is the Czech Government that decides how fast, where and via which route this car reaches its chosen destination, not EMH.

In the near future CEZ will not tolerate EMH being the 49%, that is (nearly) a fact, it is too risky and too damaging to promote this project as a 'shining light' of economic recovery whilst it is co-owned by a foreigner. There is simply too much risk and too much work in attempting to manage the negative PR of "why a foreign investor owns 50% of OUR lithium". EMH is too much of a trap for the current Government, Czech peasants with their pitchforks will be mobilised by the right wing/nationalist party very quickly to shut down this project under the pretense of stealing THEIR lithium.

I share others worries that eventually EMH's SP will dwindle back towards the .400-.500 range or lower given that EMH are not releasing ANY news, so when the buyout offer comes it will be laughably low (lower than the ATH from 2021).

For me the only real way to overcome this SP damage is to take on more risk and keep dollar cost averaging into EMH and topping up at these lower levels, however that results in much greater financial exposure if the Gov shuts this project down (unlikely). End of the day I trade based on fundamentals, and fundamentals here are really strong, the frustrating part is when you get politicians mixed with the Business it usually ends up a fcking mess, that is my main concern.
