Many posters on the TMT thread (presumably most holders of TMT shares) seems to express that they get a raw deal with this acquisition/merger with AVL.
Some are evenly floating the idea that RCF may be trying to suppress the s/p in order to assume enough shares to make a concerted effort to to acquire all.
I'm not sure of the veracity, legality or viability of such a move. I have'nt read any suggestions like this here and wonder if those assertions are just born in spite or has any chance of success.
I would be interested in hearing from more learned scholars than myself what their opinion is on this matter. GD
