The heavy hand approach with Cougar vs kid gloves with other UCG'ers ... smacks of the zealous bureaucracy that led to Lindy Chamberlain's sorry saga in prison.

There is a total disconnect between DERM's accusations/actions and every set of test results ... where are the retractions?
