Yes, what I would like to happen and what actually will happen might be two different things. If STX were to put a fair offer on the table, that could alter my view so I do hope some 3rd Party interest emerges. If it does, I believe it will be after the decision on Gurvantes is announced.

If, by December, there is no change to the offer, my point is that TPD is very capable of going it alone. We don't need STX despite what was in the AFR and posted on here. So, if the offer remains unattractive I will have no hesitation in voting NO safe in the knowledge that TPDs prospects are strong.
