I was questioning the cost, 9.25%pa, although unsecured, its guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of MINRES, thus seems expensive/desperate.
Yes, there is speculation out there suggesting Gina and CE will crash the ALB/LTR party. However, there's also speculation suggesting MINRES is overextending it's balance sheet, could ALB have a crack at MINRES, perhaps premature speculation on my part.
