They have lost 250,000 young ( and not so young ) men which will hurt their growth and demographics for decades.
They have lost cred as being a maker of good warfare equipment. Seriously who would buy their tanks?
They have reduced Europe's energy dependency on Russia. Bit of an own goal that one.
They have increased applications to join NATO. Finland and one day Sweden.
They have splintered their own alliances with Central Asian Countries. Kazakhstan, has just told them to Frk off.
They have shown that their Military refurbsihment lined the pockets of the Oligarchs and didnt result in new equipment . T-14 Armata?

And they have galvanized a nation ( UKR ) of 40 million people to fight to the death for their own country.

The Little man syndrome is destroying Russia.
