according to all laws of economy property was supposed to crash / correct 2 years ago and the 'intervention' did nothing but delay the correction by 'some time' ...
...in the end the correction will arrive whether the government wants it or not but at least they are making sure that they get the 'election' out of the way...in time for it to be forgotten by the time real correction arrives in the second wave...

..the 'stock' is accumulating...RE Agent rang me today(out of the blue) to see how i'm going ... whether i'm looking to buy or...in his words: he is calling people from the list (i made an inquiry and rang him around 2 years ago regarding a property they were selling...curious about the price...).
