Its not unusual for a company that has produced absolutely nothing to date to be valued poorly. That's why its called a speculative stock. We are all speculating that given the moves the company has made thusly and plans to make going forward, is going to result in future SP performance and company profits.
Expecting a straight line upwards on the graph is nonsense thinking. But a gradual rise over the short term is certainly not in my opinion.
