Still not working out why DT is adjudged to have committed fraud

Is alleged he overvalued a place or two to gain loans

So if I have a house and think it's worth 3 mill...and the house down the road sold for 1.5 mill. So the valuer comes out and says yeah... can see why you think yer house is worth what you say and takes that to the bank. The bank then signs off on and I sell it to some guy for 3 mill who was happy to pay that... even if he thought he was paying overs.

How then am I guilty of fraud? The market tells us what it's worth. Sure. I had an inflated view but the valuer and bank both had the last say. Im greedy...but guilty of fraud?

    Ludicrous
