Gina will do whatever is best for her.
She has some good people working for her. They will decide if it is better to sell at $3 but with an Albemarle side deal, or if more can be gained by sitting on the LTR BoD for a while and deciding to partner with Liontown or a full takeover.
As I said before, she is "holding the aces" now.
We are just along for the ride.They have probably already made up their mind as they don't have much time to block or support the sale. We just have to wait and see. I think we get minimum $3 because I don't think Albemarle walks away. All imo.
