MVM don’t have the current ability to manufacture A2 product, nor do they have the license required for China. They are years off from achieving both, in a commercial capacity. A2 would love to purchase Synlait, lock stock and barrel, minus the cheese of course…do people wonder why they haven’t? They don’t lack the funds…they are stating they want their own manufacturing abilities… It’s simply because they cannot due to Bright, and Bright will decide what slice A2 will pay for, Bright will always control these assets…and they are very powerful, kid yourself not they control the channel to market for these products and they allowed the deal for Abbotts…Abbotts needed the quality of supplier reputation and it knows how to play nicely with China, as does A2…A2 have a great product and I am an underwater holder, however it doesn’t have control over the raw materials nor the production that manufactures it, nor does it control the market access…Bright (China) does, and rest assured Bright has allowed Abbotts in for a reason…A2 is a very commercial brand but the tail does not wag the dog .
