me too, bottom drawer... Seems counterintuitive to what is happening on the global REE scene, all talk of establishing supply and processing outside of China doesn't seem to have materialised to anything. Also surprised CA Govt hasn't backed the plant to create a North American hub thus spawning a new industry for the native workforce for generations to come.
